Job Description:
The Learning & Development Trainer position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates.
This position facilitates GO classes and assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness.
This position also assists with providing feedback on GO participant performance You'll get a chance to:
Conduct training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates.
Deliver training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
Stay current on learning trends and approaches to incorporate in Learning & Development offerings.
Assist with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness based on feedback and other evaluation techniques to ensure participants are absorbing the course content and able to apply it.
Present information in courses using a variety of instructional techniques and formats in order to ensure the information is understood and absorbed by participants.
Assist in evaluating GO participant performance in courses and provides feedback and coaching throughout the course and at its conclusion.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field.
Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment, may include Operations TL experience Successful completion of initial and periodically required training Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
If hired, successful completion of annual store training If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine.
Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
