At least 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years experience working in SAP SuccessFactors. Able to provide solutions in the Onboarding domain based on customer requirements An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities Able to conduct workshops and engage customers in focused discussion to define their problem statement and provide efficient solutionsTechnical Skills:
At least 5 years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors modules and working experience in solution extensions.
