Responsibilities as a Receptionist include:
Answering Phones (Primary Responsibility) Filing Mailing/Postage Billing Typing Basic Letters Inventorying Office Supplies All candidates must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, organization, and interpersonal skills as well as good computer proficiency, including familiarity with Office 360 (such as Word, Outlook and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
The ideal candidate will have a professional, positive, and cheerful attitude with the ability to handle a fast-paced office environment and a willingness to learn.
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.
