Position Overview
We are looking for someone who will is an expert in the SAP IS-U Customer Relationship & Billing (CR&B) modules and will be responsible for architecting the Customer Care and Billing Solutions for a key utility?s multi-year SAP implementation and overall technology portfolio. You will lead our Enterprise Architecture & Strategy teams on the comprehensive architectural designs critical for successful technology implementations including insuring appropriate integration to key systems such as CRM, Device Management, Smart Meters, Meter Data Management Systems, and Multi-Channel Contact Center including IVR, online and mobile customer facing interactions.
The ideal person will possess extensive experience and knowledge as a Lead Enterprise Architect with SAP.
Typical Responsibilities:
+ Leads a team of solution architects and business process leads and provides sign-off responsibility for all technology architecture and development specifications (e.g. interfaces, reports, forms, enhancements, etc.) related to a multi-year technology program implementation.
+ Takes ownership of the overall solution design and ensure that system requirements are translated effectively into solutions to realize business case benefits, including review and assurance of Service Provider design documentation.
+ Identifies opportunities to transform business and system processes by leveraging standard IT solutions.
+ Assures that core elements of the design confirm to standards and design principles.
+ Accountable for creating Architectural artifacts and driving resolution of issues that underlie system requirements.
+ Participates in design authority forums and Architecture review boards to provide direction and make design decisions.
+ Responsible for the technology acceptance of the system architecture, developments, and data migration.
+ Responsible for hardware sizing and capacity planning as required supporting the project implementation.
+ Drives impact assessment of any change requests to requirements providing input to the Program Management Team and Change control board on changes in scope and solution.
+ Articulate any system or plan impact and manage design of a solution that integrates correctly with the wider IT systems and strategy. Ensure service providers and service integrators meet the needs identified in change requests in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
+ Participates and executes technical quality management reviews.
+ Reports changes in technology environment (acting as primary contact for technology-driven issues and change requests).
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5 years of experience as an architect for successful SAP CR&B or IS-U implementations.
+ Experience as an architect for at least one full life cycle implementation of SAP CRM, CR&B or IS-U modules
+ 5 years of experience implementing enterprise integration architectures.
+ 5 years of experience with designing integrated solutions.
+ 5 years of experience developing and maintaining solution architecture documents, establish policies & standards to meet the developing needs of the business.
+ Experience with business requirements and manage conversion into designs, configuration & functional specification whilst maintaining integrity of overall application design.
Desired Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
+ Graduate Degree in Business, Leadership, or relevant technical discipline.
+ 10 years? experience with leading projects or key business initiatives including full end to end project lifecycle.
+ 10 years? experience working in the in Gas, Electricity or Water Utility industry.
+ Experience defining and communicating the ?big picture? in terms of the overall integration solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units.
+ Knowledge of overall IS-U data design end to end.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
