Sap Hcm Us Payroll Consultant

1. Must have 4-6 years of in-depth SAP Payroll/Time experience.
2. Should have configuration knowledge of Personnel Administration requirements including Personal Actions, Dynamic actions, info groups and Menus. Also have experience in LSO, organization Management, ESS, and MSS.
3. Gross/Net part of payroll including deductions in US payroll.
4. Configuration of payroll schema, wage types and remunerations statements.
5. Benefits and Garnishment management.
6. Should have worked on Benefit Areas, Benefit Groups, Providers, Enrollments, Health Plans, Insurance Plans, Credit Plans, Eligibility, Termination, and Reports.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
