PositionOverview:
This position will be in theStrategy & Workforce Insights group, reporting to the Senior Manager ofPortfolio and Project Management in the Human Resources (HR) department. Thisposition will act as the lead analyst for HR's exhibits in SCE's regulatoryfilings including the General Rate Case (GRC) submitted to the CaliforniaPublic Utility Commission (CPUC) and the annual Formula Update submitted to theFederal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Key stakeholders include HRexecutives and managers, Regulatory, Law, and HR subject matter experts. Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with the HR GRC project manager toensure filings are timely, accurate, and complete. He/she will also be responsible for HRPortfolio maintenance and reporting, including trending analysis, HR complianceactivities, and analytical/project support for enterprise-wide projects.
Typical Responsibilitiesinclude:
Support thecoordination and preparation of HR's GRC exhibits to obtain rate recovery forapproximately $600 million in company and department expenses; aggregatemultiple inputs where necessary, and ensure all testimony is added to thesystem of record according to GRC standards and timelines.
Manage andcoordinate HR's response to the GRC Master Data Request. Support the data-gathering and on-time completion of intervenordata requests, working closely with the GRC Project Manager to ensureresponses are complete, on time, and meet all applicable standards.
Supportthe preparation of HR's GRC witnesses byperforming research, providing supporting documentation, and preparing witnessbinders.
Performdata quality control, trending analysis, and recommend/execute processimprovements for HR's Project Portfolio and HR compliance activities.
Provide analytical support to the projectmanagers for enterprise-wide projects including research, analysis, conductingreconciliations, developing reports, preparing presentations, and preparingcommunications.
Other duties as assigned.
MinimumQualifications:
Five years of experience in an analyticalposition, gathering data from multiple stakeholder groups, performing dataanalysis and trending, aggregating results into reports, and developingpresentations for various audiences.
Three years of experience managing data inmultiple systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint,SAP, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
BA/BS inBusiness, HR, or related field.
Demonstrated experience providinganalytical and project support for high-visibility, complex projects (e.g.performing task, budget, and milestone tracking; evaluating and consulting onproject requests, risk analysis).
Experience working with Regulatoryratemaking and the General Rate Case process, requirements & systems.
Experience with HR policies,procedures and programs.
Strong interpersonal communicationskills including the ability to deal with all levels of senior leadership whilemaintaining composure under the pressure of tight deadlines in an ever changingenvironment.
Ability to analyze large quantity ofdata and organize information in concise and clear manner.
Ability to provide top quality workproducts with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated experience motivatingand inspiring team-mates to meet/exceed challenging milestones & deadlines;strong team orientation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
