Training Specialist

Responsibilities:
Using the ADDIE Model for instructional design, develop training solutions that will be used to train/prepare employees to work in the new tool/system.
Required:
Working knowledge of the ADDIE Model for Instructional Design, developing training solutions using templates, MS Office, technologically savvy, experience working with SharePoint, self-starter, organized, attention to detail, superior writing and editing skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
