The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Advisors in managing the operating plan process, developing monthly capital and O&M report outs to senior executives, and performing financial planning and analysis in support of SCE-wide initiatives, including regulatory filings.     Typical Responsibilities: Gathers, documents, analyzes, draws conclusions, and presents recommendations on data and information to department and division management and other interested parties Plans or assists in presentations and implementation strategies based on complex analyses Utilizes existing models and methodologies and applies financial modeling and formulas to data Influences decision making and may make final decision consistent with organizational authorization levels having a minor to moderate impact on department or company Effectively works independently & within a team environment Builds detailed analyses and reports, primarily utilizing Excel and PowerPoint Coordinates the consolidation of enterprise level operational performance variance analysis versus approved work and expenditure plans Establishes recommendations and conclusions based on analysis of data with some direction Maintain a safety conscious work environment by following Edison safety protocols and safe work practices; and performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field Three (3) years of experience with quantitative analysis   Desired Qualifications: Typically possesses three years of experience in the field of financial analysis Experience utilizing and developing financial models Experience with utility financial planning and accounting methodologies Experience developing, validating, and presenting financial statistics and models Experience with forecasting and performing cost benefit/trend analysis Experience generating reports utilizing SAP Experience building reports and ability to track, analyze, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of large amounts of data using Excel, Access, and other database software Experience communicating financial information to various audiences, including senior management Comments: The primary work location for this position is Rosemead, CA Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work directly as employees for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
